These case studies are being researched and written by Doug Dylla and Dean Caldwell-Tautges with the support of Freddie Mac. The case studies document innovations by nonprofits across the country in finding more efficient and cost-effective strategies to improve their foreclosure counseling services. The strategies include better triage systems, improved technology and more staff specialization.
