Program Design & Implementation

Dylla has strong skills and extensive experience in program design and implementation. He is able to take a conceptual proposal and create a practical implementation plan in short order. He has excellent project and program management skills. Examples of this work include:

• NeighborWorks Campaign for Home Ownership (which has assisted 120,000 low and moderate-income homeowners since 1993);
• NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions (2005-2006);
• Management of $2+ million annual HUD Housing Counseling grants (1997-2009);
• Technical assistance to the Home Ownership Preservation Initiative sponsored by Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago (2006-2007);
• Development of the statewide Ohio Foreclosure Prevention Initiative (2005-2009);
• Assistance to regional foreclosure prevention programs in Michigan, Kentucky and Western Massachusetts (2007-2008).
